Seasonal Aprons

Aprons are my new PJ sets. They come in fun patterns that make them far too easy to collect and you feel more put together wearing them, even though what you’re doing might be mundane (sleeping/lounging and cooking). I recently added an unlacquered brass pot bar with hooks to hang up my aprons and encourage me to use them more (and give me an excuse to have more than one). Having them hanging in the little hallway between our kitchen and laundry room actually makes the space feel a little cozier too. I’m going to try not to go crazy with purchasing them, but I currently have a classic blue and white stripe, red and white stripe, an orange print for summer and a festive plaid for Christmas (mine is from HomeGoods, but check out this adorable Christmas tartan). Levi has his little apron I made for him hanging up there too. Sometimes it’s the littlest things that can spark so much joy.
