Easter Outdoors

I love to host when I can not only because it lets me bring together all of my people, but because I love the chance to set the table. My Easter tablescape this year was simple and brought together by a lot of things I already owned, which I love. I used a gingham tablecloth as a base with a vintage floral on top. The navy gingham is so great all summer and is pulled out a lot for any of the patriotic holidays.

These moss bunnies are just too cute and will continue to be part of my Easter display forever I think? I added little bows myself and I can see switching those up for different looks. I found simple wooden eggs at some point and had meant to paint them or do some sort of craft, but now I’ve become sort of attached to how pretty they are as just unfinished wooden eggs. I mismatched some pastel patterned napkins with woven napkin rings which tied well with the faux bamboo silverware. I got these melamine plates at HomeGoods many years ago and just love the colors (see them used here for another Easter tablescape).

This year I used potted pansies rather than buying cut flowers and I really like the way it changed up the feeling—plus they last longer and I got to continue to enjoy them in the garden.
