Tulip Baking Cups

This is still my tried and true pumpkin muffin recipe. I’ve been making it every year (usually multiple times) for close to 15 years and it still can’t be beat. They’re as good on day 3 as on day one—so moist and fluffy and perfect for packaging up to share with friends and neighbors! This year I leveled up our packaging by adding these tulip baking cups and I’m obsessed! Not only do they make the muffins feel like they came from a bakery, I swear they’re easier to open and don’t stick to the wrapper at all! Such a small thing that’s been bringing so much joy. The ones we didn’t send off to friends, I put on display in the kitchen to further the bakery aesthetic.
