NYT Cooking Recipes on Repeat
I mentioned in my meal planning hack post that I love the NYT Cooking app. It is a paid subscription you can get (on it’s own or with your New York Times subscription). I’ve found so many great recipes and many that we make on repeat so I thought I’d share some recent favorites!
Strawberry Spooncake — SO easy to put together and perfect for summer. Levi and I whipped this up in less than 10 minutes to bring over to an end of summer BBQ and we’ll definitely be making again.
Waffles — We recently got a waffle iron and this is the first recipe we tried. They aren’t quite as light as Belgian waffles, but they are delicious and we make them often on the weekends.
Angel Hair Pasta — Easy and so fresh! A hit for the whole family. I’m a pasta lover and this has so few ingredients, but packs a great flavor without a heavy sauce. We’ve already made it dozens of times. It’s also great as leftovers.
Old-Fashioned Beef Stew — A simple classic beef stew. Nothing fancy about it, but easy to make!
A few recipes I want to try next…
Spicy Tuna Salad with Crispy Rice
Slow Cooker Creamy Tomato Lentil Soup
